Mueen Akhtar is a Jhansi-born artist, Art Educationist, Blogger, YouTuber, and art promoter. He is the person who started the campaign Explore Bundelkhand.
Earlier, he also inspired his friend to establish the Bundelkhand Art Society. He also brought Bundelkhand art on the internet through Online Art Gallery and Bundelkhand Art to promote Bundelkhand Region & its artists globally.
Explore Bundelkhand Campaign will promote watercolor painting as well as will highlight the tourist destination of Bundelkhand.

Mueen Akhtar produced the idea to paint and visit the whole Bundelkhand Area. Vikrant Jha excitedly aggreged to this idea. Therefore, Mueen Akhtar named this campaign “Explore Bundelkhand. Stepping ahead in this direction, they planned a workshop on watercolor painting in April 2021.

Dr. Brajesh Kumar, artist & photographer, also joined Explore Bundelkhand adding photography to it. He is an associate Professor in Fine Arts Dep. B U Jhansi.
